Yes! If you change your mind about an item that you've recently purchased, you can return it to us, and we'll offer you an exchange, store credit/voucher or refund, as long as: 

• You return the product within 28 days of purchase
• You provide proof of purchase
• You originally purchased the product with the intention of keeping
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

However, you can not return:

• perishable goods such as food and bait
• copyright infringement products such as software & DVDs
• airtime credits and SIM cards

Please note that we do not pay the shipping costs for returning goods or sending replacement items. The returns process usually takes 7-14 days upon receipt of the item. Once the item is received, we’ll start processing your request.
