If you have changed your mind and want to return a product as per our change of mind policy, please follow the below process.
We do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse for change-of-mind returns. We use Parcel Point to manage our returns - and it is important to follow this process to ensure quick and accurate returns processing.
Please do not just send the item to the depot without appropriate details; this will result in lost items or delayed processing of your return.
Returning via HUBBED

Choose a Hubbed Parcelpoint Hub by entering the address postcode or suburb
Fill in the details required, Pay the necessary shipping cost and drop off the item.
If the Hubbed Parcelpoint suggested is too far from your address, you may opt to return the item via the Post Office.
Returning via Post Office
- To ensure that your Return is processed quickly, indicate on the outer packaging the following details when sending back the item.
- Order#:
- Customer Name:
- Order Date:
- Reason for Return:
- Pay the necessary shipping cost and drop off the item.
Please note that we do not pay the shipping costs for returning goods or sending replacement items. Returns process usually takes 7-14 days upon receipt of the item. Once the item is received, we’ll go ahead and process your request.
A reminder of our Returns Policy
You can return it to us, and we'll offer you an exchange, store credit/voucher or refund, as long as:
- You return the product within 28 days of purchase
- You provide proof of purchase
- You originally purchased the product with the intention of keeping
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
However, you can not return:
- perishable goods such as food and bait
- copyright infringement products such as software & DVDs
- airtime credits and SIM cards
